Proactive Motion Osteopathy

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full appointment fee. Missed appointments ("no-shows") will be charged at the full rate.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Fees & Payments

Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept card and cash payments. Fees are subject to change but will be clearly communicated.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. Prepaid sessions may be refunded at the clinic's discretion.

Treatment & Consent

Osteopathic treatment is provided following an assessment and discussion of findings. By attending your appointment, you consent to assessment, osteopathic treatment, and appropriate manual techniques.

A written consent form will be provided for patient signature at the beginning of the initial osteopathic consultation. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Medical Information

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information, including: medical conditions (current, pre-existing, and past), injuries, medications, pregnancy, and changes in health status.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment safety and outcomes.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All patient information is kept confidential in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws. Information will only be shared with your consent, where legally required, or for clinical referral if appropriate.

For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Liability

While we take all reasonable care in delivering treatment, Proactive Motion Osteopathy cannot guarantee outcomes. Patients agree that treatment involves inherent variability and individual responses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury.
